We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales & Marketing Supervisor to lead our retail operations team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales performance and implement innovative marketing strategies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and manage retail sales team of 10-15 staff members
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store visibility and sales
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide coaching to team members
• Conduct regular store visits and ensure brand standards are maintained
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate promotional activities and events
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or marketing
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales tracking systems
• Willing to travel within Jabodetabek area
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
